We offer multi-day retreats in gorgeous natural locations where writers and yogis like you can immerse in what's important: calming and grounding the body through yoga in order to alleviate anxiety, settle into writing, and unlock your deepest stories.

Having a women's weekend at the cottage? Planning a retreat for your writing group? We can create an amazing experience combining guided writing exercises, individual coaching, and restorative, flow, or yin yoga, with a few special touches, to help you and your people feel inspired and nourished.
Lauren is a lifelong writer who believes that a writer is simply someone who writes. The author of two novels and two poetry collections, she has taught writing throughout North America and coached writers from around the world. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing, has trained in creativity coaching, and regularly helps writers address their anxieties in order to get to the page, deepen their craft, and build their writing practice in order to tell their stories.
“Give love, gather love” is one of Kerry’s mantras. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every BODY. Whether sharing a challenging flow, spending time in stillness, or having fun with kids on the mat, Kerry’s warm and inviting method of teaching will put you at ease. She offers adjustments so that the pose fits you and encourages yogis to truly listen to their bodies. Kerry has more than 200 hours of certification which includes trauma-sensitive yoga through YogaFit.
